How to shop:
It is very simple to make a purchase in our e-shop. In the e-shop you can order any item followed by the key marked „Put into the basket“. The amount shown in the shopping basket is an indication of the total price of all merchandise in the shopping basket (the discount for clients who qualify for the Galan Client Reward Program is not deducted from this entire total). The shipping cost is to be added to the price of the merchandise. After the order was sent in our personnel will inform you by phone or e-mail about the availability of the merchandise and the total price.

1. Selecting the merchandiseFirst of all you choose the merchandise you are interested in. The item can be selected from the categories in the menu searching in the brands of merchandise, or in the window of text search. In the menu, which is in the left column, searching with the mouse, all subcategories will show up, which facilitates a straightforward and fast review. The window for text search can be used if you know exactly which merchandise you´re interested in. In case you prefer a certain brand and all it´s products in our offer, it is better to search according to brands.

2. Place into the basketIf you have decided on a certain item, chose the desired number of pieces and the basket by pressing the key “put into the basket“ the merchandise is automatically placed in your shopping basket. Then you can proceed with the selection of further items. You can always get to the page of the basket by pressing the key „Shopping basket“ in the lower left corner of the screen. On this screen the merchandise can be removed or the number of selected items can be confirmed. By changing the number to zero the merchandise is removed from the order. After making the change of the order press the key „Confirm the basket“. If you wish to cancel the entire order, klick the key „empty the basket“. After you had finished the selection of merchandise, depress the key „Continue ordering“.

3. Ordering the merchandiseAfter checking the „Shopping basket“ provide the neccessary information to send in the order: your name, surname and address (or the seat of the firm, ID Number and Tax ID #, if the purchase is meant for the firm, indicate under notes), the address where the merchandise is to be delivered (in case it is not identical with the given address), your phone number and e-mail. Indication of e-mail and phone number is mandatory, so that we can inform you about the availability of the merchandise, date of delivery and other details of the order. (The order could possibly be delivered at various times depending on the shippment of the of the individual items. We will keep you informed about every change concerning your order). If you are a member of the Galan Client Reward Program and if you wish to apply the discount to which you are entitled, in the notes of the „Shopping basket“ you have to indicate the number of your Client Reward card. You can sign up for the Galan Client Reward Program at any time. The discount cannot be applied retroactively. If you wish to become a member of this program, click here to register. At this point you can also choose the method of payment: Press the key „Order the merchandise“. Your order is being sent for processing. After sending the order you will receive an e-mail confirmation of recipt of your order. Our sales personel will contact you as soon as possible and discuss details with you. |
